Organizational Success:
What's Your CIQ?
(Cultural Intelligence Quotient)

Organizational culture exerts immense influence on business processes and outcomes. Failure to take these influences into account can undermine any intervention (change initiative, new training program, etc.).

Workplace culture sets the pace and performance patterns for day-to-day processes. While it is abstract, fluid, and ambiguous, its effects are palpable and powerful.

Dr. Arjannikova will share the latest research insights you can use to create positive and measurable outcomes in your organization.

Key Takeaways:

  • Increase your cultural competence to make more informed decisions in your work
  • Recognize the key elements of workplace culture:
    • Explicit (overt)
    • Implicit (covert)
  • Discover the impact of cultural elements on:
    • Training
    • Organizational development
    • Change management
    • Business processes
  • Learn the key cultural influences in your organization that can lead to success or undermine it
