About the Presenter:

Dr. Sasha Arjannikova is an expert in diversity (organizational, ethnic, national, social), corporate culture analysis, and human relations in organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in intercultural communication and an M.A. in organizational and interpersonal communication.

Dr. Arjannikova translates rigorous academic research into organizational solutions (for HR, organizational development, training, and change). She offers short courses and coaching in organizational culture analysis, cross-cultural communication, adaptive leadership, effective hiring, turnover reduction, and employee engagement.
