From Learning to Performance:
A Needed Revolution

When discussing the need for big changes in L&D, our September speaker Clark Quinn speaks bluntly about our industry: "Learning & Development isn't doing what it could and should be doing, and what it is doing it is doing badly." He boldly states that the world has changed and L&D hasn't kept up. At the same time, for a variety of reasons the potential for L&D to be critical to organizational success is huge - far greater than at any time before.

In this session, we will review the evidence that L&D is off track, cite four major ways in which it isn't aligned with employees and the business, and detail critical elements for a successful path to transformative realignment and renewal. Come and explore with us the possible future for L&D and leave with essential perspectives that most in our industry are missing.

Topics:
  • How and why L&D is:
    • Not succeeding with its core mission
    • Out of step with how we think, work and learn
  • The broader picture of how L&D can contribute
  • The core elements to moving forward
Competency Addressed: Learning Strategy & ROI ..

You're invited. Join us! Bring a friend!
