A Needed Revolution

When discussing the need for big changes in L&D, our September speaker Clark Quinn speaks bluntly about our industry: "Learning & Development isn't doing what it could and should be doing, and what it is doing it is doing badly." He boldly states that the world has changed and L&D hasn't kept up. At the same time, for a variety of reasons the potential for L&D to be critical to organizational success is huge - far greater than at any time before.

You are registered and should receive an email confirmation. It is not necessary to click "Pay Online" if you intend to pay at the door.
