Leaders make decisions
and determine how decisions get made...
Join ATD SF East Bay and Sam Roberts, consultant and executive coach to numerous Fortune 500 companies, who will guide us in a discussion on how a small front-end investment in assessment can save companies time and money.
When a leadership development program integrates an effective tool for helping leaders make good decisions, such as the LDMA (Lectical® Decision-Making Assessment), two huge benefits are realized:
- It doubles (on average) the amount of skill development that takes place
- It leads to improved decison-making on the ground
- It predicts similar improvements in the performance of peers and subordinates

- The three basic cognitive skills of decision-making and how they are measured
- The 8 scales that represent those three basic skills
