Training professionals are told to tread carefully when discussing the ROI of learning investments. Dr. Chani Pangali shares examples from his extensive experience on how to set up conversations on the impact of learning with business leaders. He discusses a range of options available to the practitioner, from the simple to complex causal models.

The emphasis will be on the practical aspects of measurement and how to have a successful conversation with the business leader. Dr. Pangali has implemented training evaluation methods at several organizations including his current employer, Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

About the Presenter:


Chani Pangali 

Dr. Pangali did his undergraduate work at Cambridge University, earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University, and was a Research Fellow at Harvard University. He has done and continues to do pioneering work in the area of HR technology, and has built and sold talent management companies. Chani is a man of amazing insight and intellect. He was the CEO at IntelliMatch and WorklLife, and SVP of Talent Management for Fujitsu/TalentPool. Currently, Chani is helping PG&E become a leading utility in the US through best-in-class training programs.

Those of us in the chapter and on the board who know him best, know Chani to be a humble man of unmatched ability. Just being around him makes you smarter.
