The Coming Age of the Modern Learner
...
with Dani Johnson from Bersin by Deloitte
...
The world of Learning and Development has changed, making our jobs more challenging than ever before. Information used to flow from the top of the organization to the bottom, L&D had a monopoly on learning, and employees took what we gave them. That is no longer true...

Today, information is ubiquitous, employees learn outside of the organization, and it is not unusual for employees to have more information than the facilitator. L&D is at a crossroads, in danger of being outdated and out of touch. How do we cope?

Join us for a discussion addressing the following:

  • Modern learners and their proclivities and preferences
  • New tools and technology to meet modern learner needs
  • Capabilities needed by L&D departments to support the next generation of learning
Space is limited, so register early!

You're invited. Join us! Bring a friend!
