Leverating The Enneagram to Overcome Business Challenges
with R. Karl Hebenstreit, Ph.D, ACC, PHR

(Trainers, IDs, Consultants, Coaches, OD Practitioners)

Want huge impact? Want a free Enneagram? Read on...

Disappointed by superficial systems that don't
fully address business or client needs?

- - -

Frustrated by costly certifications for tools
leaders don't care about or use?

The enneagram will give you a powerful tool to bring about profound change in yourself and others, to motivate, create understanding, improve interpersonal relationship, and produce better results on a personal level and in business.

OBJECTIVES: In this session, you will...

  • Gain a working knowledge of the Enneagram and learn how to introduce it to your business leaders or clients for instant acceptance and adoption.
  • Participate in an interactive workshop where your current knowledge will be arranged in a way that creates the Enneagram model - and shows how to easily present it to executives, leaders, and clients.
  • Brainstorm ways of applying the Enneagram to organizational challenges
  • Showcase other examples of how this model can be used in business
  • Explore how the Enneagram complements and super-charges existing OD tools, interventions, and models, such as MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, TKI, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.

The enneagram will give you a powerful tool to bring about profound change in yourself and others, to motivate, create understanding, improve interpersonal relationship, and produce better results on a personal level and in business.

The Enneagram provides potentially life-changing benefits in four realms:

  • In business
    • Enhances business procedures, improves understanding and communication between colleagues, helps avoid conflicts, and improves relationships and results
  • For those whose work involves helping other professionals
    • Fosters understanding of client (extremely valuable in coaching, consulting, and analysis), improves communication, and clarifies needs
  • Within relationships
    • Advances understanding of behavioral behaviors and reactions that create challenges, conflict, and pain; increases acceptance and tolerance; and for parents allows much better understanding of their children
  • For ourselves
    • Resolves core emotional issues that correlate with your personality type; increases confidence, self-esteem, and positive thinking; eliminates many negative patterns of reaction and behavior; fosters a renewed sense of purpose, positivity, self-compassion and self-acceptance; reduces self-judgment and self-criticism
