Trusted Advisor to Executives

Rebecca Morgan is Back! Five years ago, Rebecca appeared at what was our very most successful events titled "Can Leaders Be Cloned?" Last time, we invited Rebecca to bring a contrarian perspective and to challenge notions on developing leaders - AND EVERYONE LOVED IT! This time, what Rebecca will share has the potential to transform your work, play, and life.

This program's concepts are valuable for all managers. As you register yourself, you'll have the option of adding a guest at a steep discount. So, as a special treat, BRING YOUR MANAGER, one from a different department, or someone else. You'll both be glad you did.

Abundant research informs us that a thriving workplace depends on high-achieving employees’ sense of fulfillment and happiness on the job. This can be accomplished in a number of ways. We’ll explore 3 pillars of creating fulfillment at work that leads to high productivity, satisfaction, and longevity.

The “Work. Play. Give.” philosophy encourages organizations to ensure that employees have the opportunity to be engaged in all three.

  • “Work” encourages employers to ensure their employees are utilizing their highest skills and talents.
  • “Play” acknowledges that important connections can be made through playfulness with others, as well as improving creativity and innovation.
  • “Give” encompasses giving not only funds, but your spirit, kindness and heart, in the workplace and in the community.

Learn how to apply the three pillars for a richer life. Get ideas on what you can do to adopt this philosophy to create a more effective workplace.
