Generously Brought to You By

Project Management
for the L&D Professional

Suzette Blakemore
Managing Director

Should you add “Unofficial Project Manager” to your business card?

With all that is asked of us, many L&D professionals have quietly slipped into the role of the unofficial project manager. Stakeholders, scope creep, no formal training and lack of process all combine to raise the probability of project failure costing organizations time, money, and employee morale.

What is project failure costing you? Come learn how to implement a disciplined process to execute projects and to master informal authority.

In this interactive session, we will:

  • Learn two critical components to a framework that produces successful projects: people & process.
  • Learn how to conduct key stakeholder interviews
  • Learn to create clear communication plans and hold team members accountable to the plan

Come to this session and learn how to apply project management processes to get better results for your project or program, and for yourself.
