After stints in KLA Instrument’s manufacturing and field service organizations, he moved to Asia, where he managed multi-million dollar operations in China, Singapore, and Japan for nearly 10 years. He has built two boutique consulting firms in his consulting tenure, operated a $20 million - dollar business with 50 employees, and consulted to global Fortune 500 corporations. Daren holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development and currently teaches in the in the Organizational Development Master’s Degree Program at Sonoma State University.
