Presenter: Dr. Roger Desmarais, for over three decades, has consulted to Corporate America and in situations such as Three Mile Island and the Alyeska Pipeline. He focuses on the people-side of corporate life – leading cultural, organizational, management, leadership, and behavioral change programs; executive coaching; and, integration of companies/groups brought together by merger, acquisition, downsizing, expansion or recession.
Roger’s background has prepared him well for the integration of the 3Q’s in the business world. He is President and Founder of Corporate Systemics, Inc., a former Jesuit priest, an adjunct professor at the Leavey School of Management at Santa Clara University, and a member of SCORE. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Development and Human Relations from the University of Colorado, as well as four master’s degrees. Roger has written for the East Bay Business Journal and is the author of several books, the latest of which is “Disruptive Poetry – Upsetting the Perfect Corporate Status Quo”, a consultant’s poetic reflections on the good, the bad, and the ugly in organizations.
