Unique Business / Non-Profit Action Learning Approach

Looking for ways to add spark to your leadership development program without increasing program costs? Learn a win-win-win approach, called “Partnering For Leadership”. Yes, it delivers three wins!

First, this unique approach creates a win for leadership development participants by providing a learning experience that enables them to examine their own leadership and team effectiveness. The second win is for your company, or client. The organization showcases its commitment to community and highlights its active support of a local non-profit agency. The third win is bestowed on the non-profit organization. The non-profit partner gains invaluable outside perspectives, fresh ideas and access to your rising talent of next-generation leaders.

Join Michelle May and Helen Marsh for an engaging, interactive, “straight talk” session about what they created, its phenomenal results and how you can introduce this innovative, cost-conscious approach in your organization.
