Many of us probably can’t remember the last time we were in a library or even thought about using one. We might be surprised, therefore, to discover that the lines between physical and virtual libraries are quickly vanishing. Contemporary libraries remain a treasure trove of information for learning and development professionals.
Join us for a discussion of how onsite and online libraries, and the staff that bring them to life, are working to meet our information needs. Discover the myriad free of resources available to help us in our activities as trainer-teacher learners. The presentation will include tips on getting the most out of onsite and online library use in a Web 2.0 world.
Presenter: Paul Signorelli is a writer, trainer, and consultant working with libraries and nonprofit organizations. He consults with Infopeople on training programs in California libraries and writes about training, Web 2.0, and leadership for Infopeople’s Infoblog and CLENE’s CE Buzz blog.
