Expert Advice on Managing Disruption The urgent need for digital transformation is more apparent than ever. Even before COVID-19, 92 percent of companies believed digitization would disrupt their business model. Now, executives are working at a dramatically accelerated pace to build tech-enabled businesses to serve their customers and remain competitive. Companies have invested heavily in software development, data science, and cloud technologies in recent years, but now, they need to train their workers to take full advantage of these tools. Please join leaders from Coursera and Nokia for a discussion about a new kind of online learning called Guided Projects. These short, hands-on projects teach applied skills using real-world software tools. We’ll explore how Guided Projects can drive successful digital transformation and how Nokia is using this approach to upskill their technical teams. Three learning takeaways for attendees: Get introduced to Coursera Guided Projects and how hands-on learning helps enterprises drive faster adoption of software technologies. Hear how Nokia uses applied learning approaches to achieve skill mastery within their data science team. Learn how organizations can create proprietary Guided Projects tailored to their installed technologies and use cases. This webinar is being produced by ATD and is sponsored by Coursera.
