Betty Jo Waxman will lead a session where the audience will learn how people frequently make choices without full awareness of the impact of their thinking and beliefs, and consequently miss many options available to them to generate greater levels of success. To make better choices, we have to start with better premises. Thoughts lead to feelings, which determine actions, and ultimately generate results. Once the participants understand how the chain of results works, they will be given a second opportunity to “solve a problem” and most will still be unable to operate outside their assumptions about the situation.

By becoming aware of their limited thinking in the second exercise, most participants will successfully reconnect with their purpose, as opposed to being drawn to their “faulty” programming. Repeated practice with the exercise will help participants engage in more productive actions in their work as well as other areas of their life, ultimately creating more satisfying results in all aspects of their life.
