Katie Hilton works on the talent and belonging team at Box, where she manages a range of talent and organization development programs. She’s a teacher at heart and transitioned from her chemistry classroom to the tech world several years ago to deepen her expertise in adult learning. During her time at Box, she has developed a robust remote onboarding program that guides new employees through their first 90 days, minimizing time to productivity and maximizing engagement. Katie and her team continue to build and iterate on Box’s differentiated learning programs, providing all employees with an equitable opportunity to take on new challenges that are aligned to key competencies, broader business strategy, and personal career goals.

Sr Manager, People Operations, Kustomer
As the senior manager of people operations at Kustomer, Alyssa Henriques is committed to elevating people programs that shape the employee experience. During her years working in the HR space, she discovered a passion for building partnerships and leveraging people data to cultivate organizational insights. This passion, along with her curious and collaborative nature, allows her to focus on influencing strategic initiatives and employee development. Before joining Kustomer, she worked for organizations based in New York and Washington, DC, focusing on talent management, employee development, and engagement.

Director of Learning & Development, Fivetran
Mike Faber is the director of learning and development at Fivetran, a company based in Oakland, California, that automates data integration from source to destination, making data instantly accessible and easy to analyze. Prior to working at Fivetran, Mike held learning and development positions with Charles Schwab and Co., Great-West Life, Worldpay, and Zoom. Before finding his way to L&D, Mike was a TV sportscaster, financial consultant, newspaper columnist, and gameshow host. He has written for numerous online and print publications, and is the author of two books on leadership and sales skills.
