"Why Coaching Fails and How to Fix It"
with Tim Scudder
We’ve all counted down the minutes until a meeting ends. How do you ensure you’re not the one inflicting boredom when you present? Join this webinar to discover a communication framework to help you captivate your audience and learn how to communicate the right message at the right time. Through clear teaching and engaging exercises, you’ll walk away with a new communication paradigm that will improve your persuasion abilities and professional influence.
Most coaching doesn't work, because it focuses on the coach’s skills and not the other half of the equation—the coachee. Each person you coach is unique, and you must adapt your approach accordingly.
Coaching is a relationship built on a foundation of shared experiences, interactions, and expectations. Join this webinar to learn how to communicate with Relationship Intelligence (RQ) so you can build trust, generate commitment, and drive growth and retention with each person you coach.
During this event, you will learn about:
-
Co-creating coaching relationships to improve performance and development
-
Removing blockers and manage biases that limit coaching effectiveness
-
Mastering the mindset that builds trust, generates commitment, and improves accountability
