Join senior leadership expert, OD consultant and Certified Master Coach, Diane Foster, President of Diane Foster & Associates, and Anne Griswold, Principal and Organization Development Specialist at Altera Corporation as they review best practices with leadership competency development both as internal and external consultants.   Diane and Anne have a combined total of over 50 years of experience with leadership and organization development in almost every industry.  They will discuss their beliefs and best ideas given their rich experience.

Presenters: 

Diane Foster

Diane’s Foster has provided organizational coaching and consultation on leadership and change for over 30 years to leaders in every industry.  Her work as OD specialist and coach marries the best experience of working both internally and externally. 


Diane has led internal career development, succession planning, and intact team training organization effectiveness at large, major firms.

She is a master practitioner in use of assessment tools, and has taught best practices in coaching at both John F. Kennedy University and The College of Executive Coaching. In addition, Diane is adjunct faculty in OD, Leadership, and Coaching at multiple colleges and universities.


As an external consultant, she has coached C-level executives and teams, on a variety of initiatives at major aerospace, biotech, research, financial Health, energy, and government organizations, producing major results.

 


Anne GriswoldAnne Griswold currently works as Principal and OD Specialist at Altera Corporation, where she leads strategic initiatives for developing leadership at all levels of the company. 


Anne has more than 25 years of experience in organizational design and development, learning strategy, and project management. She has held many roles over the years being both an internal employee, proprietor of her own consulting firm, and adjunct professor. 


Anne has earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maine and an M.S. in Management Science/Organizational Development from the Antioch New England Graduate Institute. She lives in Saratoga, CA with her husband and two sons, and likes to read, hike, swim, and paint.
