With John Cooper, Ed Pax, and Ana Sarver

DOWNLOAD THE MEETING HANDOUT

Have you ever wondered who created the many tools, models, and paradigms that we have to create and deliver our work?

While university research and corporate experimentation have made great contributions,  many of the items in the modern training toolbox like ADDIE, After Action Reviews, etc., were first invented by military training organizations.

Join us for a panel discussion with three military training professionals to learn why and how military training organizations continue to guide the world’s learning development theories and applications.

  • How does the ultimate High-stakes, High-consequences" environment affect training?
  • What problems were the various training models developed by the military intended to solve, and what problems do they solve for us?
  • What training innovations has the military implemented that we may not be aware of or that can be used in new ways?

And don't forget to:
  • Enjoy the great country club food!
  • Network with great people!
  • Have great fun!
Are you a Trainer, OD Pro, or Instructional Designer, Consultant or Training Leader? Are you ready to take it to the next level? Then you'll definitely benefit from the improved memory skills you'll learn from this panel discussion.
