Frederick John Cooper is the proprietor of his own consultancy in the Bay Area, EUL Technologies. He is a past chapter board member and member of ASTD National. John is a former US Navy Lieutenant Commander who served for 30 years in various roles, including Fleet Training, Electronic Warfare, Damage Control, Airwing Readiness, and Combat Maintenance and Operations. Since then he has implemented a broad range of program for numerous public and private sector clients. He is certified in numerous program, including the W. Edwards Demings Fundamentals of Total Quality Managment and Statistical Analysis for Process Improvement, Zenger-Miller, World Class Process Improvement, and Just-in-Time Manufacturing. John is experienced in project management, PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS, ERP, and technical writing.
Ed Pax served 21 years in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence officer and Civil Affairs officer. He trained personnel at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California for a good part of his career. In the past 11 years, he worked with Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman as a technical training developer and project manager for the Army’s Automated Battle Command Systems located in Tactical Operations Centers throughout the Army. He holds a doctorate degree in Training and Human Performance Improvement from Capella University. Currently, Ed is working for The Mosaic Company as a Senior Consultant.
Ana Sarver is an Operations Chief in the US Navy Reserves who serves as a leadership facilitator and whose background includes organizational leadership, technical and behavioral training, and results measurement. Chief Sarver has deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and again in 2008. Both tours serving as Convoy Security Element Commander and Movement Control.
Chief Sarver is designated Seabee Combat Warfare and Fleet Marine Forces Qualified, and has won numerous awards and metals. She volunteers time with wounded and ill service members at the VA Poly Trauma Unit in Palo Alto, and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Psychology at Brandman University.
