Let's Dispel the Myths and Examine the Realities of a Manager's Responsibility Over Employee Engagement and Productivity!

Symphony® leads to faster goal achievement, quicker identification and resolution of performance problems and improved managerial competence. Introduced across an organization, it leverages a common language and comprehensive framework to achieve increased organizational and individual productivity.

Symphony extends Peter Drucker’s metaphor of the “Manager as Symphony Conductor” through dynamic, group learning exercises that address both typical cases and actual current issues in each manager’s workgroup.

For our presentation, we will focus on one activity from the full-day Symphony learning experience. This activity introduces six key performance influences which participants will work with to discover an effective and pragmatic approach for overcoming performance obstacles. The experience aims to create what we call Whole Life Learning, meaning the model and concepts are helpful at work and within your personal relationships.
