Building a "Learning Organization" sounds good, but how do we actually do it?

Talent development starts with identifying competencies, but who do you start with?

  • High Potentials?
  • Key Managers?
  • Customer-facing functionals?
How do you identify the most essential skills for success and tie these to the business drivers? How is this actually done?

Join us as Nicole Lambrou, PhD (Lominger/Korn/Ferry) and Sean Troche (Ross Stores, Inc.) lead an interactive and engaging presentation about building a learning organization through the identification and development of competencies. Through activities we will:
  • Identify the building blocks
  • Explore how to connect them with business results
  • Examine how to establish buy-in
  • Discover how to get momentum and sustainability
Competencies Are Key! Learn how to help individuals, teams and entire organizations develop, grow and succeed.

Who should come?

Whether an internal or external consultant, this presentation offers meaningful distinctions that will add value to your development efforts. Based on years of global and domestic research and interaction with clients around the world, you will get a glimpse into the vast array of available resources to help you make the greatest positive business impact possible.

So, please join us at the Club for networking, dinner, and this exciting presentation. You will leave with tools you can use and ideas that will turbocharge your leadership programs and philosophy!
